Jobs are in Time overrun and their History Trace is not available

Issue/Introduction

Error Message :
When trying to display the History Trace from UVC on the Time overrun job, the following error appear on the univiewer.log:

Description :Some tasks go to Time Overrun right away when they are launched and the history trace is not available

Root Cause: The Launch Window of the Task was of 0 minutes, so the job goes to Time overrun right after it is launched.

Resolution

There was an error on the Launch Window of the task ( 0 minutes), edit the task and put an acceptable launch Window and the issue should not occur again.
