Description :Two possibilities:

- SAP manager is started and we cannot connect to SAP mgr from UVMS and there is no SAP information retrieval while creating a SAP XBP2 uproc or when checking the sap configuration.
- SAP manager cannot be started

Root Cause: When installed on a cluster environment, the Manager for SAP was starting using the nodename instead of the hostname.
