Description :While reinstalling GCO console, installation process gets aborted showing an error message

Environment

OS: Windows
OS Version: All Windows

Cause

Cause type:
Configuration
Root Cause: For some unknown reason (uncorrect uninstallation, disk error, system issue...), the Global Console previously installed disappear from Program's list in abnormal conditions.IMPORTANT: On this specific case, only a Glocal Console was installed, it was not a Dollar Universe node.

Resolution

1) Delete DU services from Service Manager

2) Remove the follow registry entries:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ORSYP S.A.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ORSYP S.A.

3) Delete the previous DU installation folder.

4) Run install wizzard again
