Resolution
Please note: On W2003 / XP / Vista / W7 / W2008 and more: if you launch an interactive job with a DUAS submission account linked to a system user which is NOT "LocalSystem", this system user NEEDS to be logged on the machine.
EXECEPTION: on W2003 and XP, you are able to launch an interactive job with a DUAS submission account linked to a system user which IS "LocalSystem" in ANY cases: the user is logged on with this system user on the machine or not, or logged on with any other possible system user. On W2003 / Vista / W7 / W2008 and more, the job will be launched, but the interaction with the desktop won't work properly.
