Error message in the universe.log:

In the result of the gdb command on core file, the following message is present. In this message the IP 10.242.163.220 is used by the EEP service. However, in the netstat result, the machine hosting Dollar Universe has a different IP address.

Cause type:
Other
Root Cause: The VM(using the old IP address) was cloned while some applications are running. It is also possible that there was DNS mapping issue.

Resolution

Please check with your System Administrator on how to make sure the cloned virtual machine only points to the correct IP address.
