Resolution
Perform the following steps:
Disable all tasks
Run uxvrfuni to check $U for inconsistencies, such as missing objects that are still being referenced.
./uxvrfuni
example: uxvrfuni <node> <area> > vrfuni.log
Delete all entries under the TASK section in the log file from the uxvrfuni command, which indicated the object is not referenced.
./uxdlt tsk upr= app vupr=001 mu=* ses=*
example: uxdlt tsk upr=TEST12345 app vupr=001 mu=* ses=*
Update all the tasks by running the following command:
./uxupd tsk upr=* mu=* ses=* vupr=001 app
