Root Cause: License file is generated for a specific IP address and cannot be used if the Token Server's IP address changes.

Generate a new license file based on the appropriate IP address.
IMPORTANT : the "sldtkd.dat" file will need to be removed prior to the license update, therefore all current leases will not be renewed. This implies that all agents will need to be restarted (after being re-configured with the Token Server's new IP address)
