The error message below is present in the universe.log. There might be some issue with the proxy table.

Product Version: Dollar.Universe 5.6.0 FX25010 and UVC version 6.x
DUAS Node Settings can't be opened from UVC console using a particular user.
The impacted DUAS v5 node has the proxy enabled.

Root Cause: If the proxy is enabled, you have to make sure to have enough permissions to access the proxy files.

Resolution

1. Stop Dollar Universe.
2. Ensure the Dollar Universe users has enough permissions to read the proxy file.
3. Run the offline reorganization.
4. Restart Dollar Universe.
