Resolution

If you submit your jobs with a user called "serverupa", check the Windows services list in order to confirm that a service is created and up for this Dollar Universe user.
If it's down, it should be restarted.
If the service do not exist, create it applying the following procedure:

- Open a MS-DOS command windows.
- Move to the Company executable directory: /exec.

- Execute the command:
1/For a user declared on your domain:
Uniservuser -install serverupa >

2/ For a local system user:
Uniservuser -install serverupa LOCALHOSTNAME

- Go to: Control Panel -> Administration Tools -> Services and make sure your user service was correctly created. Set it to Automatically startup and start it.

- Update the Dollar Universe /mgr/useralias.txt file:
1/If your new user is a Local System account AND you want to use it as a Dollar Universe submission account, add (or replace if already existing) the following line:

For Windows 7, Vista or Windows 2008:
AUTORITE_NT Système (if windows is in French)

For older Windows versions:
NT_AUTHORITY SYSTEM serverupa (if windows is in English)
AUTORITE_NT SYSTEM serverupa (if windows is in French)

2/ If you want to use your user as your Dollar Universe login account, please add the following line:
ORSYP serverupa
