Description :EEP process user has access to the folder but does not detect a resource file. As a consequence, the job will stay in event wait.

Root Cause: Dollar Universe was started before adding the user in question into the system group.

Resolution:

-If possible, stop your Dollar Universe.

-Log in with the user in question.

-Check if the user is already part of the system group by running the command "id". If it is already part of the group, please restart your Dollar Universe.
