Description :After having removed manually an user service, the unistart command fails systematically because it tries to start the old submission account.

Environment

OS: Windows

Cause

Cause type:
Configuration
Root Cause: The problem was related to the fact of deleting manually the user service called "EURPRD_lonv199004_univ_lon.sophis" on the Windows system.
Dollar Universe uses a temporary file called "user_services.txt" which is available on the folder %U_TMP_PATH% that contains the list of user services that he should start when calling unistart.bat

Resolution

In order to fix this issue, the file %U_TMP_PATH%\user_services.txt needs to be manually edited, deleting the line related to the non-existing user service.

As a golden rule, submission accounts must always be created / removed from Univiewer Console / command line so the associated user service gets correctly deleted.
