Description :It's impossible to shutdown neither restart all/some Dollar Universe engines, and even the I/O service was impacted by the same symptoms.

The user services are up and running.

Root Cause: The users account used by Dollar Universe lost the access right such as write access to dynamic files and he does not have anymore the rights to start the Dollar Universe services.

Resolution

Contact your system administrator in order to update of this account giving the SYSTEM rights to be able to launch launch Dollar Universe.

Fix Status: No Fix
