Root Cause: The check of the physical ressources on Dollar Universe 6 is done by the EEP server and not anymore by the uxsur as done on Dollar Universe version 5.x.
The 5.x process uxsur was normally launched as root, which is not the case anymore on version 6.

Resolution
Add acess rights on the folder where the physical ressources are stored, giving acess rights to every user.
So instead of having:
drwx------
set it to:
drwxr-xr-x
