Cause

Root Cause: Dollar Universe Services are corrupted and must be recreated.

Resolution

Remove and recreate the Dollar Universe Services by following these steps ( replace UNIV56 by the company name)

1. Open a command prompt as administrator.
2. Go to DUAS company
3. Load the environment: uxsetenv
4. Delete the IO service using UniServIo -remove:

D:\UNIV56\exec\UniServIo -remove UNIV56 X NodeName

5. Recreate the IO service using UniServIo -install:

D:\UNIV56\exec\UniServIo -install UNIV56 X NodeName

Repeat this operation for each service that fails to start.
