Description :LDAP type logins can be created via UVC even if the user does not exist on the LDAP server

Root Cause: This is a defect up to version 6.1.01 of UVMS and UVC.

Resolution

The issue has been fixed on Univiewer Management Server and Univiewer Console from version 6.1.21.
The UVMS will first look on the LDAP if the user exists prior to creating it.
