Error Message :
In universe.log we find plenty of this kind of error messages:

These messages are produced by the CDJ which is unable to retrieve the name of any objects from the id.  

Patch level detected:Dollar Universe 6.2.00
Product Version: Dollar.Universe 6.2.0

Description :In the job run display panel, jobs details display the ID of session, task and Uproc (U00000XXX, T00000XXX S00000XXX). It is no longer possible to understand which jobs are displayed.

No other symptom is visible. The node is running fine and executing his production as expected

OS: Windows Server 2008

Cause

Cause type:

Root Cause: Problem may be due to an unexpected the shutdown of the host, or a abrupt stopping of DUAS processes, possibly of File System full.
Important: this issue is impacting ONLY the display.

Resolution

The problem can easily be solved by running an offline reorganization of DUAS:


1. Load DUAS Environment : unienv.bat
2. Stop DUAS : unistop
3. Run the reorg : unireorg
4. Restart DUAS : unistart
