A pop up window from UVC will say:

Product Version: Dollar.Universe 6.0.0

Description :Dollar Universe node cannot be reached under some VPN connections.

Root Cause: The ports required by Dollar Universe / Univiewer Console may be blocked by firewall , or in use by other programs.

 

Resolution

Be sure all the necessary ports are opened.
