Root Cause: By default, the number of links that can be imported through a LDAP Synchronization is 10000.
This is the max links supported by the full synchronization5000 users that have an average number of 2 groups each

Resolution
Starting on Univiewer Management Server 6.3.41 this limit can be changed via the variable LDAP_MAX_LINKS on the UVMS:

You should set it to a higher value ( 20000 for example) and then retry the full synchronization.
