Refreshing flow shows error "Failed to load flow" on CA WCC

Issue/Introduction

When refreshing the flow in CA Workload Control Center, we receive an error "Failed to load flow".

Cause

This is  compatibility issue with the Internet Explorer browser.

Release: ATSYHA99000-11.4-Workload Automation AE-High Availability Option

Resolution

The fix for this issue has been developed and will be available with the next WCC release version 11.4 SP6.

CA WCC 11.4 SP6 is expected to be released in January 2018.

 

Note: A workaround to this problem is to use alternate browsers like Chrome or Firefox, till the solution is published.
