Job Chain navigation jumps by a day when browsing by processing date

Description :In Job Chains, when Navigation is set to "Browsing by processing date" when selecting "Previous processing date", the dates jump by a day.

This behavior only occurs when Job Runs are opened first.
If Job Chains are opened first, this behavior does not occur.
