Error Message :
On the gsi.log the following messages may appear:

uxgsisrv - Could not add listen endpoint on 192.0.2.1:0. Could not bind socket (errno=227). 
uxgsisrv - Could not listen on 192.0.2.1:0 (host address:port may be already in use). 
uxgsisrv - Could not initialize listener.

Description :The gsi process can't be started on a cluster hp-ux itanium environment because it always tries to start on the ip of the physical server instead of the one of the one corresponding to U_LOCALHOSTNAME
