Modern UX - 'You do not have access to any areas within Administration'

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to access the Administration section of the Modern UX (MUX / NUX), you receive the error: 'You do not have access to any areas within Administration'

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Go to Clarity Modern UX
2. Click on the Administration button

Error: 'You do not have access to any areas within Administration'

Ensure you have the appropriate access rights to access the Administration page.
Important: Once access is granted, log out of Clarity, then log back in and try again.

 1. The Administration sections holds the Blueprints. Granting permissions to access the Blueprints will enable the ability to access the Administration page (starting 15.3)

In order to be able to access this menu, please make sure some or all of the following rights are granted:

• Blueprint - View - All
• Blueprint - Edit - All
• Blueprint - Create Copy
• Blueprint - Delete - All

2. Teams is also available in the Administration section.  To access the Teams section, ensure the user has at least one of the below rights (starting 15.5)

• Team - Create
• Team - Edit - All
• Team - View - All
• Team - Delete - All
