Resolution

The issue could be related to data file corruption. In order to fix this issue, please do the following:

-Load company's environment.

-Stop Dollar Universe.

-Check if all Dollar Universe's processes are stopped if not, please kill it.

-Run the offline reorganization. From the command line:

For Windows:
%UXEXE%\unireorg

For UNIX/Linux:
$UXEXE/unireorg

-Restart Dollar Universe.
