When the "uxins adm user=root" command is executed it will damage the user table.
The impacted user can not access IO anymore and commands like uxlst atm end up with errors.

If the user root already exists it breaks the user root in UniViewer, root has to be deleted and recreated.
If the user root does not exist, the command reports "Object user root inserted" but user it's not really inserted.
