If the entire path is not specified in definition variable value of uxoutq variable the job will weill systematically. JOBs will fail as asborted.

Description :The submission procedure has not QGPL in its libraries list so if a QGPL object is used without being qualified with QGPL, submission (SBMJOB) fails.

Resolution
Workaround to be applied if the upgrade cannot be done:
Change the value definition of the uxoutq variable value in the uproc settings. Set it from UXOUTQ to UXOUTQ QGPL/
