Description :When disabling/enabling a task:
1- a launch can appear two times on Graphic Job Monitor.

2- if the parameter U_HOLD_IMX"/VALUE="Y" is set at the end of uxlnm{company name}.dat file, and the activation of the task is done during the launch window, the expected immediate launch is not recalculated.
