Issue/Introduction

Error Message :
On example in the universe.log if your file system is full during a reorganization:

File open error 22: Invalid argument AND Unable to create idx file during the reorganisation if no space available

Patch level detected:Dollar Universe 6.1.00
Product Version: Dollar.Universe 6.1.0

Description :Large amount of files in the TEMP directory, it can causes different issues like :
- Free space shortage risk
- Stop of the engines and Dollar Universe processes because of file system full
- Data files corruption

Environment

OS: VMS Itanium
OS Version: VMS Itanium and Windows all versions.

Cause

Cause type:
Defect
Root Cause: The cause is that the copy of Uproc's script in TEMP directory are not suppressed in case of Uproc execution cancelled.

Resolution

Please keep in mind that your Univiewer Console and Management Server must be in the 6.3.xx version as well (refer to compatibility Matrix for more details)
