Users cannot login in new interface when password has to be changed

1. For a given resource, go to Administration > Organization and Access > Resources > (resource)
2. Change the password and enable "Force Password Change" checkbox
3. Logout
4. Open new UI login page (/pm)
5. Log in with the new credentials

Expected Results: Log in succeeds, password change view is presented
Actual Results: Log in fails with error: Error during login API-1030 : Password is expired or needs to be changed. Contact your system administrator for necessary action.

The scenario above was analysed by Engineering.

The "Change on login" functionality has not been implemented in the NewUX and that is by design.
We are undecided at this time if we bring this capability to the NewUX and/or provide another mechanism to do the same thing.
As a workaround, you are able to click on the "Forget My Password" link on login screen in the NewUX to get the password reset.
