The Time-Limit is not a duration of the job but it is the Time(HH:MM) at which the job may need to be killed/stopped. On section "3.2.8.4.2 Task Schedule Section" of the document "Dollar Universe V6.0 Interface Manual for Univiewer V4", the following is explained:
Add -> Time Limit
