In case a similar issue occurs ( some tasks not being relaunched after a deployment of a calendar), please apply one of the two following workarounds.
1) Disable / Enable the impacted tasks ( you can see that a task is impacted if on the column Launch Date you have a date in the past).
2 ) Else, launch an update of all the tasks:
uxupd tsk upr=* mu=*
uxupd tsk ses=* mu=*
