Description :The installation/upgrade of Dollar Universe 6 does not check if the ports are available prior to installing.
For the upgrade, if the port BASE_PORT+20 is already used, installation will go on until the end where it will try to start the temporary IO server of the v6 and since the port 10620 is already being used by another application, it won't be able start.
