Description :When you hover the mouse cursor over "Full Synchronization":
1. the help note that pops up shows has a typo: "ask fot a full synchronization"
2. a more proper way of writing this help popup would be: "perform a full synchronization."
or
"request a full synchronization"
you don't normally "ask" a system to do something.
3. the popup help doesn't explain what a full sync and "normal" synch is (what is the difference? - provide a more explanatory definition)
