For example: 1-30 second(s) scan frequency will roundup to 30 seconds, 31-60 second(s) scan frequency will roundup to 60 seconds, 61-90 second(s) scan frequency will roundup to 90 seconds, etc...
Before DUAS 6.1.01, the resource scan frequency is the input value.
Fore example : 1 second scan frequency will actually scan every 1 second.

Root Cause: Before DUAS 6.1.01 version, the design of resource scan frequency is 1 second scan frequency will actually scan every 1 second.
This is the normal bahavior of DUAS 6.1 and above version for roundup every 30 secounds as a unit. (New design from R&D to avoid checking resources too often)

Resolution
This issue is new design in the last releases.
To avoid checking resources too often (which would freeze the launcher), the supervisor has a safety mechanism and will discard any scan frequency below 30 seconds, rounding it up to 30 seconds.
