Creating a session via the command line ( UXADD SES ...) can contain only around 270 uprocs.
The UXADD SES command with more than 12200 characters crashes and generates a core as it is shown in the Error message.
It is possible to add more uprocs via UVC, but it is impossible to do so via CMD line
