Unable to deploy packages with uprocs that use 'associated file list'.

Investigation

The problem occurs when following the procedure showed below:

1. Create a login that has the following permissions:

      - UVMS package administration
      - UVC developer
      - UVC operator
      - DU node developer
      - DU node operator

2. Create a uproc that contains 'associated files list' files, and create another uproc that does not.
3. Create a package for each uproc, and try to deploy both packages on the same company.

Results

The package with the uproc that does not contain 'associated file list' gets deployed successfully.

The package with the uproc that contains the 'associate file list' does not get deployed getting the error message described.
