Root Cause: The u_frra50.dta data file, which contains resources type definitions, and is located at the root directory of the company, was totally empty.

Resolution
- Shutdown Dollar Universe
- Get a brand new u_frra50.dta from a DUAS kit in the same version
- Replace the empty one
- Apply an offline reorganization
- Start up Dollar Universe
