Cannot import package through UniViewer with an Import error

Issue/Introduction

Error Message :
Error windows pop up from UniViewer and gave out error message, such as:

Connection reset by peer: socket write error. 
or
Connection Reset
or 
Broken Pipe

Patch level detected:Univiewer Console 4.0.00
Product Version: Dollar.Universe 6.0.0

Description :Cannot import package through UniViewer.

In UniUniver->Administration Mode -> Nodes
Right click on a node -> Administration Packages -> $U Autopatch packages
Click Import , then choose the file you want to import into $U
After selecting the upgrade package for $U and click import, waited for few seconds, and UniViewer give an Import error.

Root Cause: Mainly caused by slow/unstable network connection between UniViewer and Dollar Universe.

Resolution

Network connection: UplMake sure connection is established well between UniViewer Console, Dollar Universe and UniViewer Management Server.oad the package under a better / correct network connection should solve the problem

Fix Status: No Fix
