Issue/Introduction

Error Message :
Pop-up error message in the console:
Could not obtain server certificate chain

Patch level detected:Univiewer Console 6.7.01
Product Version: Dollar.Universe 6.7.01

Description :UVC starting with java version strictly superior to 1.8.0_40 cannot connect to UVMS in SSL mode.

Root Cause: The java certificate cannot be validated.

Resolution

Upgrade your univiewer to the version 6.7.21 and make sure that you are compliant with the following depending on your Java version :

- both server (server where Univiewer Management server runs)
- client (server where is launched the Univiewer Console) side
