Popup error message when trying to access the script via UVC:

External script couldn't be found (make sure the file is accessible from the node where the uproc resides.

Description :Some environment variables not interpreted correctly in the path of external script Uprocs:
To reproduce:
1. Create a CL_EXT Uproc with UVC.
2. specify %UXPEX%/script.txt in the path. Save the uproc.
3. Create the script.txt at the emplacement of %UXPEX% on the local machine
4. Edit the Uproc again. Try to edit the external script from UVC.--> not possible.
