On the windows event viewer, there is an event id 7034 generated when the agent tries to start:
"The Sysload Collector service terminated unexpectedly"

Description :User upgrading windows agent from version 5.34 to version 5.60 on a Windows 32bit server.
The agent fails to start after the upgrade.
