Please check the documentation (reference manual, 4.3.1.2 Uproc types) :
The types "FTP_GET" and "FTP_PUT" represent retrospectively the Uprocs used to receive and to send FTP files (not available on OS/400).
They are documented in the paragraph "FTP type Uprocs" on page 39.
