In AdminConsole you may get error like "Caution: A connection to the web archive can not be obtained."

Issue/Introduction

After following the instructions provided on the below documentation link

you may get further problem to access the web Archive section for downloading probes. The below error may occur.

"Caution: A connection to the web archive can not be obtained."

The webgtw log shows lines like this:

Environment

UIM 8.5 and later

Cause

Possible wrong value in the webgtw configuration file 

Resolution

1.       Open webgtw Raw Configure section

2.       Verify that the value entered in “proxy_server” field does not contain any “http://” value but only IP or Hostname
