Due to this condition some of the alerts are not sent.

Root Cause: The issue was due to an issue in the UVMS Database

Resolution

If the issue persists after restoring the UVMS Database and the Univiewer Management Server version 4.x,  upgrading UVMS to version 6.1.41 or superior is required.
