Root Cause: SAP Triggers fails due to incoherent recovery of the JOB ID COUNT:
The job interception relies on the two identifiers, the jobname and the job count of the job.
When a job with a jobcount value lower than the job count value of another job that was caught by the last trigger execution, this job will not be detected by the trigger and will remain in the intercepted status.
