Description :When using the uxrgz script, the files are copied under a name like *_local_X.dta and *_local_X.idx
The reorganization runs fine even though these files are not deleted.
The rename of the temporary files fail when these files are located on another file system than the one hosting the installation, no error but temp files remains after the end.

Root Cause: If U_TMP_PATH is set on another file system than UNI_DIR_DATA, then when launch uxrgz command some temporaries files aren't deleted.
