Description :In the Univiewer Console:
1- The reporter OS was Windows 7, OS is displayed Windows 7 instead of Windows.
2- Reporter is displayed in lower case instead of uppercase. It should be REPORTER.

Root Cause: Univiewer Management Server 4.0.04. is concerned too.

Resolution

You also need to have a recent Univiewer Management Server and Reporter version (4.0.10).
Last but not least, Reporter must be connected to send the OS version.
