Issue/Introduction
Error Message :
In command line after uxlst CTL: (When the command is uxset the error [-2] with message "Fatal error reading General Table", but when the command is uxlst the error message will be "Can not connect to server. Error!")
Similarly, if there are 2 submission accounts that use the same system user, but with different cases (account1 with ORSYPTST.COM\POS vs account2 with ORSYPTST.COM\pos) execution of ux commands will fail at some point because the file ORSYPTST_bs_POS.key will be overwritten.

Description :The case that is used for the System User in the submission account on Windows changes the key (/data/exp/local/_bs_.key) that is needed to execute ux commands. This results in issue when the system or domain definition is different or when the submission account is recreated.
This can lead to all ux commands failing in Uprocs if the key was created during a command line.
