Unable to open report design file after Upgrade to IR02A

Issue/Introduction

After upgrade CA ALC 3.0 to IR2A we're unable to open Report Design Files. This error is shown:

It is not possible to edit reports in order to publish some important modifications.

Resolution

To resolve this problem delete the workspace for ALC:
<USER_HOME>/.alc
