Resolution
It is normal that with the above rule, no launch will be created on Sundays(day before the first workingday) except for Mondays that are holidays. Based on the Dollar Universe Interface Manual for Univiewer V4 Version 6.0:
DUAS v6 Pattern Every: Composed of the number and time unit of the period. The period is therefore a number of days, weeks or months. On: Defines the offset used to determine a schedule date. This position is defined in days starting from the beginning (or the end) of the period. Its value may be between 1 and n, where "n" cannot exceed the number of days contained in a period. For example:
-If the rule is defined with a period of two weeks, the position in the period must be between 1 and 14; the first day of the week is a Monday.
Therefore, if Monday is the reference, 1 day forward is Tuesday.
