Root Cause: This messages appears when you have an issue regarding the user set in your SAP manager connexion file and the SAP server.

Root Cause: This messages appears when you have an issue regarding the user set in your SAP manager connexion file and the SAP server.
Resolution
Here are the different leads to check :
- Your user may be locked in SAP, please, check your su01 transaction and make sure it's not.
- Fill the uxjcs.ini with your password in capitals letters (a stop/restart of the SAP Manager will be required
- If your user is newly created in SAP, log on once with it on your SAP Front End : SAP will require you to change the password at the first log-in.
